Contact: admin@tressemillasgestion.com. These terms apply to purchases on bornstubborn.es, without limiting mandatory consumer protection.

Products

We sell made-to-order clothing and accessories. Check the composition, measurements, size guide, colours and phone case model compatibility before buying. Screens may affect how colours appear; this does not exclude our obligation to deliver a product that matches its description.

Purchasing and payment

Select your items and variants, enter your address and review the summary before confirming an order with an obligation to pay. You can correct errors before completing your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation with the order details and applicable terms. Contract language: Spanish. Information on storing and accessing the contract: we retain order information and send confirmation by email; keep that email and request a copy from our contact email if needed.

Prices are shown in euros and include the taxes legally required to be included for the destination. Shipping costs and any other applicable charges are shown separately before payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout. No unaccepted supplements will be charged.

If we identify a significant pricing or availability error, we will contact you to agree on a solution while respecting your legal rights; we will not unilaterally substitute products or apply additional charges.

Production and delivery

Production usually takes 2 to 5 working days, plus transit time. Specific destinations, costs and time frames are stated in the shipping policy and before order confirmation. Orders may arrive in several parcels. Statutory consumer rights apply in the event of delay or non-performance.

Cancellations, returns and guarantee

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once production begins, operational changes may no longer be possible, but this does not remove any applicable statutory right of withdrawal. See our returns policy for the 14-day withdrawal period for the standard catalogue and the procedure for reporting issues. We do not offer voluntary exchanges for size or preference in addition to legal rights. Production on demand does not, on its own, mean personalisation. The legal guarantee of conformity remains unaffected.

Website use and intellectual property

The content, photographs, designs and brand belong to their respective rights holders. Use beyond what the law permits requires authorisation. Fraudulent or unlawful use of the website is prohibited. These terms do not exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Complaints and applicable law

We handle complaints at admin@tressemillasgestion.com and Calle de Bolonia 4, 4º DA, 50008 Zaragoza, España. You may request information about applicable official complaint forms and contact public consumer services. You may request consumer arbitration where the company is a member of a scheme or the parties agree; these terms do not assert that the company is a member. The former European ODR online dispute resolution platform is no longer operating and is not an available channel for submitting complaints. Spanish law applies, without depriving consumers of any applicable mandatory protection in their country of residence. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the competent courts under the law; no exclusive jurisdiction incompatible with those rights is imposed.

Changes to these terms apply to future purchases, not to orders already placed.
