Preparation and production

Our products are made to order through our Gelato production network. Production usually takes 2 to 5 working days. This is an estimate and does not include transit time. It may vary during periods of high demand; we will notify you of significant issues.

Destinations and delivery

We ship to countries supported by our Gelato network and enabled for your address at checkout, except Russia and Belarus. Availability depends on the item and address. Available delivery options and the applicable estimated time frame or date are shown before you confirm your order. Indicative transit times by region: usually 3–7 working days in Spain and the European Union; 5–15 working days for other destinations, depending on the country and service. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery periods; the specific estimate shown for your order takes precedence. No order will be confirmed without the delivery information required by law.

Costs

Shipping is charged separately from the product price and is shown before payment. Costs depend on the destination and items included. An order containing different product types may involve multiple shipments and combined charges; the total is shown before confirmation. For shipping to Spain, reference rates by product type are: T-shirt €3.99, hoodie or sweatshirt €6.99, cap €4.59 and phone case €6.71. For mixed orders and other destinations, check the total shown at checkout before paying.

Tracking and delivery issues

We will send tracking information when available. Items may arrive in separate parcels. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible: once production or shipping has started, it may no longer be possible to change it. Any additional cost will be communicated and will not be charged without the necessary acceptance.

If a shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, write to admin@tressemillasgestion.com. We will handle the issue without limiting your legal rights; the risk of loss or damage passes when you or the person you designate physically receives the product, subject to statutory exceptions.

For shipments outside the European Union's customs or fiscal territory, any applicable duties, import taxes and clearance fees are payable by the recipient, unless checkout expressly states that they have already been collected. These amounts depend on the destination's authorities and carrier; known charges or the possibility of such charges will be disclosed before purchase.
