Returns, withdrawal and faulty products

Made-to-order products

We make each item after receiving your order. We do not offer voluntary exchanges for size, colour or a change of mind. This rule does not limit any applicable statutory right of withdrawal or legal guarantee of conformity. Check the size guide before buying.

Consumer right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in Spain or the European Union, you may withdraw from the purchase of items from our standard catalogue without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receipt. If an order is delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.

To exercise this right, send an unequivocal statement to admin@tressemillasgestion.com, giving your name, order number and the items you wish to return. You may use this model form, but it is not compulsory:

“To Tres Semillas Gestión, S.L., Calle de Bolonia 4, 4º DA, 50008 Zaragoza, España, admin@tressemillasgestion.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my purchase of ________, order ________, received on ________. Consumer's name and address: ________. Date: ________. Signature only if submitted on paper.”

Return the items to Calle de Bolonia 4, 4º DA, 50008 Zaragoza, España within 14 calendar days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Contact us first for instructions; this communication does not require discretionary approval or delay your right. Do not send the product to a Gelato facility on your own initiative.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning items following withdrawal. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

We will refund the relevant payments, including standard delivery costs where legally required, using the same payment method and without charges, within 14 calendar days after your notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have returned them, whichever comes first. We do not refund the supplement for a more expensive delivery option voluntarily chosen instead of standard delivery.

The exception to the right of withdrawal will apply only to goods made to the buyer's individual specifications or clearly personalised, where legally applicable and disclosed before purchase. Printing a phrase from our catalogue on demand or choosing from standard sizes and colours will not, on its own, be treated as personalisation that removes the right of withdrawal.

Faults, damage or wrong item

Please write to us preferably within 14 days of delivery with the order number, a description and photographs of the issue and, if possible, the packaging. This time frame and the photographs help us handle the issue, but do not condition or extinguish your legal rights.

If an item is faulty, differs from what you ordered or otherwise lacks conformity, we will arrange the legally required remedies at no cost, such as repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination of the contract and refund. We cover the necessary return costs in these cases. For new goods sold to consumers in Spain, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery, in accordance with applicable law.
